One gorgeous and adventurous winter wonderland wedding in the snow at Five Pine Lodge in Sisters, Oregon. This was unique in that it was the first “formal” wedding ceremony we have actually captured in the snow. It was magical! Such a fun couple… we enjoyed getting to know Brittany and Cameron as well as their dog Dixon over the past year… We wish them a life time of amazing adventures together!!! Brittany and Cameron provided hand warmers for all the guests so they would be warm and cozy during their outdoor snowy wedding ceremony. It was a priceless moment watching all the groomsmen activating the hand warmers… there was a lot of giggling, shaking and music making going on! lol.jpg "B22")
Their baby Dixon was in doggy daycare while they have been enjoying the wedding festivities… but Dixon was able to join in on some photos with mom and dad just before the ceremony… Id say Dixon was super excited for the bride and groom!.jpg "B3")

Maybe Going on a Dream » My Portland Photographer - [...] Maybe going on a feeling. You just never know what the weather might do. Brittany and Cameron dreamed of a winter wonderland for the backdrop of their wedding. So in the pine forests surrounding Sister’s Oregon, on the beautiful grounds of the Five Pines Lodge they were wed. But the tale barely starts there. On a rare convergence of the Moon, Venus, and Jupiter was their chosen day. Now the rest may sound to far to believe. For in Sisters the snow would naturally, presumably be, a sure fire thing. But on Friday February 24, 2012 the mercury hit 60 despite all disbelief. So a winter wonderland seemed the farthest thing from belief.
